Passed Appetizer with Rosato wine, Sausage and Artichoke Pizzettes

First Course with Conquistador wine:

Goat Cheese-cake with Candied Walnuts, topped with a Fig and Pear Compote

Second Course with Blanc du Bois wine:

Watercress Salad dressed in a Basil Vinagrette with Orange Supremes, Watermelon Radish, and a Flax Seed Cracker

Third Course with Red Noble wine:

Coffee Braised Short Rib with Red-Bliss Roasted Garlic Mash and Rainbow Swiss Chard
